Ian was our chef and Rashid was helping out, cooking and cleaning up. We walked up to the window on a whim and booked for the night. It ended up being a private lesson with my wife and I. Ian and Rashid treated us like family, answered all of our silly questions and made us feel comfortable from the jump great pizzas, wine was good and flowing aplenty and the gelato was amazing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a class.

Lovely authentic and just a wonderful experience. I was visiting my daughter who is studying in Rome for the semester. She and 4 of her friends joined me for what was a wonderful experience. Alessandro was a fun and engaging chef teacher. We loved our experience and our food. And learned some cooking skills I’ll be taking home.
