5.00Phenomenal experience. Our entire family enjoyed every second of this cooking experience with Chef Davide!! The ingredients used were fresh and bursting with flavor. We left with full hearts and stomachs with a photo and cookbook!

5.00We were warmly welcomed by Davide, our excellent instructor. We were offered wine, water, snacks and soda for the younger students. We were taught the authentic way to make pizza dough. While it rested, we learned how to make 3 different gelato mixtures (vanilla, chocolate and pistachio). Each flavor was excellent and the recipes were perfect. The final recipe was for suppli or arancini, little savory rice balls, crisp and succulent, a perfect starter. The lesson was taught so professionally, with care and attention to the correct way to make each dish. We were allowed to garnish our pizza with an array of delicious toppings. All baked quickly in a 700 degree pizza oven. At the end we sat together as a class and enjoyed our creations. The class was well organized, clearly and well taught and just delicious.

5.00Thank you to Davide for a wonderful night. He hosted the group of 11, including 3 children under 10, brilliantly. Under Davide's expert guidance, we cooked a menu of suppli, pizza & gelato and were all really pleased with the results. It was a fun night and ide highly recommend.

5.00Our family really enjoyed learning to make pizza and gelato in this fun and easy going environment. Davide was such a great teacher, and the food was amazing!! The kitchen was so clean and well kept. There was also another sweet mom and daughter in our class, so it was not too big but fun to met them as well. Would totally recommend to families with older kids, couples or singles!!
