Bay to Bay SUP is a test for your endurance and adventurous spirit. You will learn the basics of Stand Up Padelling accompanied by one of our experienced guides who will make sure you learn all the safety measures, about the area and its many interesting facts. It was my first experience of SUP and I'm almost 60 so I was somewhat "afraid" before starting but the instructors were quite friendly, patient and gave excellent advice to improve. They also adapted to the different levels of the participants. The "break" on the island was nice, with some explanations on local animals and some delicious fruit to eat. A tip : if you've never done SUP before, it may help you if you watch a video on how to do it before : that's what I did and it helped me to improve quicker. A very fun and successful experience.

Everyone was super friendly, we had food and drink on the island which was lovely. Would highly recommend.
