1.00Very unreliable and unprofessional service. I was asked to make payment in advance to confirm the booking, but the shuttle never showed up for pickup. Since then, there has been no response to SMS, WhatsApp messages, or phone calls — the phone appears to be switched off. This caused significant inconvenience and left me stranded. I strongly advise others to avoid this service and be cautious before making any payment.
