  Tour guide Raffi was energetic and knowledgeable. Remigio was wonderful driver.Pompeii tour fantastic, February - low crowds, weather perfect 60’sF. Such an amazing place to see - would have loved to have seen more(stayed longer). Lunch was excellent- salad, spaghetti and cake for dessert. Mt.Vesuvius amazing to climb and see inside - takes 30-45 minutes to climb up to see crater - it’s still smoking-unbelievable. Bus took us up to entrance of national park and we walked up from there.

  Poala and Francisco were great. Poala did a great job interpreting between English and Spanish flawlessly. She was very knowledgeable. World Tours hooked us up with a great Archeological Guide, Ana, in Pompeii. I highly recommend them.

  This tour definitely had both highs and lows — but thankfully ended on a high. We were initially told pickup was from our hotel in Pompei. Our hotel address was clearly visible on the booking confirmation, so it was confusing to receive a message the night before saying pickup was actually in Naples. With two little ones, traveling an hour to Naples just to sit on a bus back to Pompei didn’t make much sense. We tried to clarify where the tour was heading first and whether we could meet them locally, but didn’t get a clear answer. We attempted to make it to Naples anyway, but train delays and cancellations meant we weren’t going to arrive in time. Only then were we told we could meet in Pompei — unfortunately by that point we were already mid-journey. The phone communication during this time was quite rude, and we were initially told we’d be considered a no-show with no refund, which was stressful to say the least. After some back and forth, they offered for us to skip the Pompei portion and join for lunch and Mount Vesuvius instead, which we accepted. Lunch was definitely more of a feast than a “light lunch” — though perhaps we earned it climbing Vesuvius afterward! The views on the way up were phenomenal, even though we were met with heavy cloud and fog at the top. Still — we made it! The reason this review is 5⭐ is entirely because of our guide, Roberta. She was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to turn the situation around. She arranged for us to do the Pompei portion the following morning and even confirmed with management. They also kindly dropped us back in Pompei at the end instead of Naples, which was unexpected and greatly appreciated. Thank you, Roberta, for salvaging what started as a very stressful day and making it memorable for the right reasons.

  Unforgettable experience! Nacho and Maurizio accompanied us on the trip to Pompeii, providing us with all the information in a precise and detailed way but also with lightness and sympathy. We ate well, in a restaurant overlooking the Amalfi coast to leave you breathless. The climb to Vesuvius was very impressive. Even from here you can enjoy a great view and the view is wonderful.

  Guided tour of Pompeii and visit to Vesuvius in February 2026 highly recommended. Both the attention of Nacho and our driver Mauricio made the tour successful. In Pompeii our guide Vlodomiro was simply brilliant (a score of 11 out of 10), you can see that he is passionate about his work and so he knows how to convey. The visit lasted exactly the right time to learn about the history of Pompeii, curiosities and details. With regard to lunch, it was held in a restaurant on the slopes of Vesuvius. Good quality and taste (Score 8/10). To put some glue, amount of pasta something fair. Finally, after lunch we climbed the Vesuvius volcano where we took in the spectacular views of both the crater and the Gulf of Naples. Excellent. After the tour, return to Naples at the scheduled time. By the way, the final score would be 9/10.

  An experience absolutely to recommend, with Nacho and Maurizio the times were calculated to perfection and provided us with so much information. The added value of the experience, was the lunch, all really great.

  We have enjoyed the tour very much. The guide Nacho has been great, super friendly and very attentive throughout. Driver Bruno has also done wonderfully and with great skill behind the wheel. The restaurant where we have eaten, Koba, very rich with starters + main course (pasta) + typical dessert. The time allotted to the visit of Pompeii and Vesuvius has also been correct. I would only have liked the view to last 1 more hour so I could have enjoyed Pompeii more. However, I highly recommend taking this tour with Nacho and Bruno.

  We really enjoyed the experience. Nacho told us interesting things during the trip and Bruno was very good driver. The Teresa guide in Pompeii also did an excellent job, we loved her tour and the information she gave us. The delicious lunch, in our case we also had the wine tasting and was exceptional. We would certainly repeat this experience. Thank you so much for making it possible!!

  Our tour guide Marco was fantastic; he contacted me the day before to confirm the pick up point and time and promptly replied to my questions. He was very attentive throughout the day; he was friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. He couldn’t do enough to help. The guide at Pompeii was Elia, his knowledge was second to none. He took us to all the main highlights and was able to explain in detail about the different artefacts and locations. His explanations were very thorough and he was happy to answer all of our questions. We were driven by Maurizio a very polite and friendly gentleman. I would highly recommend this tour, it was well worth every penny.
