  I used this company in April 2024 for a transfer from Port Canaveral to MCO after a cruise, had a great experience then so enquired to them via email on 19th September to [email protected] which was the email address I used previously enquiring about booking again. I had no response but later booked via Trip Advisor as this gave me the option to pay in £ British Pounds. I sent another email on 28th October just to let them know we had booked via Trip Advisor but there was some additional details we were not able to input, including drop off being an a hotel close to airport rather than the terminal itself. I also advised about our breakfast being at 8.15am just so they knew how much time to allocate to allow us to get off the ship and gets luggage etc… I had no response to the email sent on 28th October so forwarded it to another email address found on their website which was [email protected] on 30th but still no response! Instead I had a call and WhatsApp message from the driver at 9.03am on disembarkation day (1st Nov) to say he was booked to pick us up at 9am. I am unsure why was scheduled for then, as that would have only given us 45 minutes to eat breakfast and get off the ship, collect luggage and go through customs. I would have thought the company would have plenty experience collecting passengers that have just come off a busy Disney cruise and be aware of the timings for those who have 2nd seating breakfast. We had no issues in April 2024 when we used this company The driver was perfectly nice and friendly and no faults with him, was just a bit disappointed with the lack of communication from the transfer company and no response to any of my emails. They also did not offer a booster seat for my 7 year old, last time they were very accommodating with car seats etc…

  Frank was amazing - before, during and after our trip to Iceland. He made it so easy to communicate and always made it easy for us to make him aware of any changes he needed to know about. I will only use this company for future trips, they are timely, courteous and reliable!!!

  I can highly recommend Cape Canaveral Transportation. The driver contacted us in advance to confirm the pick-up location. He arrived on time at the agreed spot and welcomed us warmly. The driver was very friendly and helped us with everything. I would definitely book here again.

  I am writing to express my satisfaction with your transportation service from Port Canaveral Cruise Port to the Orlando Airport (MCO). Our driver provided clear instructions on where to get picked up and arrived promptly. The trip was very pleasant and smooth. We were also pleased to find that the cost was more affordable than an Uber. We are very satisfied with your service and will definitely be using it again in the future.

  Took a weeklong cruise with the family, and needed to rent a van plus driver to get us back to MCO after the cruise. Had a FLAWLESS experience with Cape Canaveral Transportation - eight very tired vacationers (three of whom were teens) plus all their overpacked luggage is a lot to manage. But honestly it turned out to be smoother than most of our cruise excursions, we had great communication from the driver and we were delighted that the experience was so smooth. Cannot recommend them highly enough, and next time we plan a Caribbean cruise we'll be using them again!
