For Orlando Airport MCO pickups the pickup point will be the Ground Transportation Level (level 1) depends of the airline. We use in both terminals the spot number 10. Terminal A we use spot A-10 and Terminal B we use spot B-10. Please be aware of your mobile phone for driver's status notifications. For hotel pickups please jest stay at the main lobby or registration office 10 minutes before the pickup time. Also, be aware of your mobile phone for driver's status notifications.

My cousin and I went on a cruise out of Port Canaveral and Orlando was our driver both directions. He was early to pick us up at the hotel and delivered us to the port on time. When we returned he was right there when we got off the ship and helped us navigate to where he was parked. Return trip was pleasant and he got us to the airport with plenty of time for our flights. Nice conversation both ways.

Excellent Service, prompt and professional. I would highly recommend. The driver provided great communication. We were even able to request an earlier time than initially asked with no problems.

First time cruisers using transfer to get to airport. William was already there at the port ready to pick us up before our time Thankfully. The ship gives you a disembark time the night before and it was earlier than we had planned. Viator said they wouldn't be able to change the time but would reach out to our driver. William with ATC transfer was there. He was amazing. I was very thankful!

Extremely reliable. Orlando called me prior to his arrival to let me know he was on his way, then called again with instructions how to find him in the parking area. We found him right away!
