Our guide will take you on a Scenic drive along the Coast before arriving at The Daintree Saltwater Barramundi Farm. After a quick loop round the farm you are dropped off at Hook-A-Barra's main entrance. Guides will induct you to the farm and get you ready for your fishing session. Guests will enjoy 1 hour of catch and release fishing, before settling down for a paddock to plate lunch. Guests are dropped back to their start location.

5.00They will pick you up. Lunch was very good value and the day was fun. Such a well run farm. Everyone caught a fish so it was quite exciting. A great day.

5.00This tour was the highlight of our Port Douglas stay. Amos went well over and above what we expected and the best part was we caught Barramundi. We both would highly recommend this tour to everyone. We will put it down as the first tour to book next time we are in Port Douglas. Our thanks to all the crew.

5.00What a lovely place! We didn't fish but took a farm tour instead. It was facinating and a lot of intresting facts about the history of the farm and day-to-day activities. And the lunch was so delicious! Just fish and chips but deserves all five Michelin stars. If you are in the area, go and visit the farm.

5.00The staff are friendly and informative allowing us to understand the fish and ecosystem better. We had an enjoyable time and I must say the chief did a fantastic job! Getting the big sized fish is not easy but with the help of the crew, my 10 year old son got the chance to reel in a 9kg barramundi! Thank you for the lovely experience :)

5.00The entire team made the experience a great and enjoyable one. The food, the tour and the fishing activities were great. Every detail about the barramundi were clearly explained, allowing us to understand the fish and its ecosystem better. Plus the impromptu ice ball fight with my boy make it an unforgettable experience for him too!
Looking forward to going again.

5.00Awesome experience that is fun for people with no fishing skills, and those with fishing skills. Had an awesome time and would do it again on our next trip back. Had a tasty lunch, but the best part was the people that work there. They are awesome and make you feel welcomed, and do their best to make sure everyone has a great time and catches fish. Thank you STAFF!

5.00We had a great day with our guide Matt. We did a farm tour, lots of fishing & had lunch. My hubby caught a Trophy Barra & I caught a nice size Barra. A great experience.
