5.00Faboulous day out with our very informative guide Ray and Colin our driver. Couldn't fault the tour and would definately recommend this to anyone who is considering going. Just one tip though. Don't eat breakfast before you go, there was too much for us to eat, so much so that we didn't even go out for dinner that night. The tour was excactly as described and each stop was definately worth it. Thank you Ray for a great day.

5.00We thoroughly enjoyed our foodie tour with Ray (guide) and Sam (driver), we went to an open air fresh food market (delicious passion fruit), chocolate factory, 83 distillery, Regenerative Vanua for lunch (and great coffee), by the early afternoon we were filled to overflowing with delicious food and ready for a nap so forewent the Kava Bar visit. Ray was a great guide, keen to share his knowledge and teach us some Bismali and learnt some common Māori phrases from us. Highly recommend to all foodies!!
10/10 highly recommend!!

5.00Absolutely incredible tour, Ray was awesome! The chocolate factory was so cool trying all the different flavours, the distillery was great and we were able to try liqueurs if we didnt want rum which was great! The lunch was so delicious (i had the grilled tuna with taro chips) and so was the food in the village. Definitely dont have breakfast there was so much food!! And the kava was a great way to finish the day🙌🏽 was definitely worth what we paid!

5.00Such a great day. Ray is a wonderful tour guide, Colin our driver was fun. .We loved trying all the different foods, from a road stall, the markets and even a ladies home in Mele. Cafe lunch was so good!!!! Rum distillery and chocolate factory are interesting and yummy stops. Highly recommend this tour. Don't eat too much breakie!!

5.00This was a great experience with a great guide! Ray was knowledgeable and was open to discussing any aspect of ni-Vanuatu life. However, there were a couple of things listed on the itinerary which did not eventuate - we didn’t go to a beach and there was no opportunity to swim. But if they do offer swimming on future tours there are plenty of opportunities to change into bathers. There was also no opportunity to participate in the village food preparation as it was mostly done when we arrived. The village meal was also too close to the restaurant lunch, so we really couldn’t eat much of it. I felt a bit rude. But loads of fun and very educational!

5.00If you want the best local food tour, this is it! You will get a taste of Vanuatu from local dishes, to chocolates, to an awesome local distillery this tour hits all the highlights. Our personal favorite was the lunch served in a local village. There is a special place for people that invite you into their home and serve you a family meal. We loved it and you will too. 5.00Don't be put of by the lack of reviews. This is a new tour, by Port Vila Tours and it is outstanding. We were collected by Ray and Manai and our fist stop was chocolate! After a bean to bar, how is it made tour, we enjoyed some of the treats (chocolate croissant & coffee). This followed a tour of the local markets were we were able to ask loads of questions about the local produce and try the market foods like lap lap, tuluk, nuts and pretty much anything we wanted to taste. Then to the highlight of the day off to Mele Village and Auntry Pelona's home. What a treat to learn about her garden, animals and taste the food she had prepared for us that day. Then to a newly built bar on the waterfront - Mali Beach Club. Great views, staff, volleyball net and swinging bar seats! Then we visited the 83 Distillery and did tasting of EVERYTHING and then to a Kava bar to sample the local's way to relax. In local dialect of Bislama Yumi means our (you me) and we really felt immersed into the local culture and customs during this fantastic tour. We were overwhelmed with gratitude for Vanuatu and her beautiful people. Thank you Ray and Manai for a great day.

5.00Such an amazing experience!! I was able to try traditional food I would have otherwise missed out on and learnt more about traditional culture and the Vanuatu way of life. Very kind, knowledgeable and friendly guides. Food was fabulous and the scenery for lunch was incredible. We visited so many sites and had a lot of fun! I would highly recommend this tour!!!
