5.00This tour was awesome and the tour guide was one of the best we have had. Her depth of knowledge was great and she worked hard the entire time to provide many details of the city and history of it. Her English was perfect and she had an infectious personality making the tour fun and interesting. The tour price was very reasonable also. She was a great communicator also before The tour with updates on pickup. Just make sure you have Whatsapp messenger on your phone. Also the driver was very good and safe.

5.00Ramses and Robert were great. Ramsey was very knowledgeable and he set us up at 3 wineries and a delicious lunch at The Zinfandel. The wines were good and very reasonably priced. A very nice day. Robert was a very good driver.

5.00Esme was our tour guide, and she and the driver (Juan Carlos?) did an excellent job! She met us at the cruise terminal to start the tour. Esme was knowledgeable, energetic and friendly and provided us with a very informative tour of Valparaiso, including taking us to a restaurant with a nice view for lunch. The stop at a winery in the Casablanca valley included a tasting of a white and red wine, and was very enjoyable. The tour ended with our transport to our hotel in Santiago. This was an excellent way to efficiently combine transport from the cruise terminal in Valparaiso with a tour of the city and visit to a winery. It was exactly what I was looking for and I highly recommend it. Well worth the cost!

5.00Amazing time with Nacho and Juan Carlos. Nacho the guide really makes the trip come alive. Has amazing knowledge to share, plenty of jokes to keep the mood up and is a genuinely nice guy. Would go with him again!

5.00A very interesting tour delivered by an informative and friendly guide, Nacho. Nacho and our driver, JC, were understanding and accommodating of our delay in joining the tour due to issues beyond our control in getting off our cruise ship. What started as a stressful day ended very positively as Nacho took us on a walking tour of the street art of inner Valparaiso. He told us about the street artists and explained the background to their work. We also had an enjoyable visit to a winery where we took pleasure in sampling their products. Nacho responded very well to the various questions posed by the members of our group. Importantly he made sure we had fun and JC ensured our sale travel.

5.00Esmerelda and Rodrigo were the best. Esme contacted us the night before and gave us good info on weather, dress, time and place of pickup. She was right on time. Took us to all the spots listed on the itinerary and more. Recommended a great place for lunch, the winery was beautiful. My only comment is that the toor was listed as 8 hrs starting at 7:30. Since our pickup wasn’t until 9:30 I ‘assumed’ we would only be out for 6 hours, so we were a little tight on our flight connection that evening, but all was good. Rodrigo stayed with the van at all times so we did not have to worry about our luggage as we were walking. If you are coming off a cruise and have the day to spend before an evening flight this is definitely the way to go. Or if you just want a great tour of Valparaiso and vino Del Mar.

5.00We had a fabulous time walking around Valparaiso, stopping in Vina del Mar and early afternoon spent at a Cassablanca winery. From the time he collected us from the Port until the time he helped us at drop off he was witty, informative, polite, patient and inclusive. He made the sites come alive, got the group of 9 moving along yet able to stop for that extra shot or trinket. Oscar our minibus driver was masterful in the traffic and the bus was a good size. The decisions for the routes chosen worked really well for the day taking into account safety and opportunity.
