Had a great day traveling to the castle and the caves. The cave ticket is timed, you will need at least two hours. Best time seems to be 1-2pm. Start at the castle, all the buses will be at the caves. One ticket covers both. If you have difficulty with stairs, the castle is a no-go. Everything is up and down on narrow (and sometimes wet) stairs.
