We went and stayed at the Palmas Del Mar resort in Humacao. This was my 9th trip to PR and I can't wait to go back. Must see: The El Moro Fort, the rain forrest, Old San Juan, The Don Q rum tour

The tour great thanks to our guide Sarah! She was very knowledgeable and shared lots of interesting facts with us as we transitioned from location to location. It was a rainy day, but she did a great job pivoting to make the day fantastic! The issue that kept this from being a five-star experience was the with the tour management. We arrived, via Uber, to the meetup location early for our 9am tour. We waited... at 8:33am, I received an introductory message from Sarah that ended with I'll see you at 11am... What?!?! Right, apparently the Wander to the West was an older tour that was being phased out and we were sent those details-the wrong details- for our tour. We paid for the Chinchorreo Three Beach and Bar Hopping tour (by the way, there was no bar hopping... we stopped by one restaurant for lunch - which was as impactful as it could have been because we had grabbed a bite to eat during our two hour wait and weren't very hungry-Sarah did bring along some Parcha drink pouches for us to enjoy along the ride).

Sarah did a nice job but the description is not accurate. You do not get to go snorkeling or see a black sand beach. Too expensive for only seeing three beaches, only getting to go in one, and getting two drinks.

The itinerary in the booking is not correct. When you click on the post and scroll down, that's not where the tour was. We ended up on an East tour. When I booked and looked at the itinerary we were supposed to go to the black sand beach. That's all I was looking foward to. However the tour guide Jazell was amazing. I reached out to Shiela and Tonya. Neither one of them have yet to contact me. All I wanted to do was to take my gf to the black sand beach for her birthday. Ruined!

Thanks to Sarah, we had a wonderful un rushed day trip to three different beaches! Sarah was super friendly and extremely informative about Puerto Rican history which added to the overall experience. Would definitely recommend this tour!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sarah took us to beautiful beaches with delicious food and drinks available! She had great knowledge and tips to share. We had an amazing time and enjoyed seeing different towns and different parts of the island outside San Juan. The first stop had the most amazing fried food!
