Evo uobličene verzije na engleskom, sa zadržanom suštinom i tonom: ⸻ It is understandable that a guided tour in a museum with such a vast collection needs to follow a specific thematic approach in order to create a focused selection of artworks. However, that theme might have been communicated more clearly in the tour description at the time of booking. The tour was centered on Goya’s works, presented in connection with the historical development of Spain and Madrid, which provided valuable contextual depth to his paintings. The guide demonstrated excellent knowledge of art history and of the museum itself. That said, if you are primarily looking for a “best of the Prado Museum” highlights experience, this particular tour may not be the right choice for you.

  Excellent guide with a very fast past overview of all the Prado must sees About 1.5 hrs in the museum Gide was extremely friendly and knowledgeable Only negative was it was quite overwhelming if you are not an avid art historian

  The skip the line was a big benefit as there was a long wait to enter the museum. Guide was knowledgeable. The tour was timed out well. Some of the "must see" art was not included in this tour and that would have made it much better.

  Skipping the line is really skipping one line to be in another line The guided tour was very informational regarding the selected paintings artworks that we viewed. Gave a good overall of the museum.

  This art tour was exceptional! Our guide, Jesus, was excellent. He explained each piece of art so thoroughly, with a deep knowledge of the artist, the history, the meaning behind the painting. I was quite impressed! And though you couldn’t possibly see every painting and sculpture in the allotted time, you were encouraged to stay longer and explore more of the Prado. I highly recommend this tour!

  It is a review of the most representative works of the most important artists for the guide. I notice a lack of more general directions to understand the museum and then continue with the visit. What he explains is fine. Ah!! A little queue yes you will

  We just had an amazing tour over the Prado museum. Luis - our tour guide was very knowledgeable and informative. Definitely recommend the visit!

  Where to begin…First issue-Late Start: i booked this tour and another later in the day elsewhere in Madrid. My schedule was timed perfectly but for the fact that this tour started 30 minutes late which meant I had to leave the tour early just to make my next one. Second Issue - Chaotic: the tour guide was one of many running around the Prado. He was hard to follow; my family found itself turning into one room while the guide went into another. We lost him. Third Issue - sound devices.: they use these crappy sound devices that you had to hang around your neck with earbuds in your ears to hear what they were explaining about the various artworks. The problem is, they were many guides using the same thing and the audio overlaps, so it was not uncommon for me to hear something else from another guide in another language. More chaos. Third Issue - Group too big: there were a good 20 people in the group. It was unwieldy. I regret not doing my own self guided tour. Money wasted.
