5.00We had Brandon as our tour guide and he was amazing! We learned so much about Prague's history and he was extremely knowledgeable and engaging! Highly recommended this tour to anyone that is visiting!
Guide was low energy and difficult to understand

2.00Disappointed in the guide. While he was very nice, he lacked energy and we found him very difficult to understand, he was Engligh speaking but with very strong accent that made it hard to understand much of what was said. Additionally beginning of the tour was stopped in close proximity to nearby fast driving traffic which also contributed to difficulty hearing/understanding. Would have liked to been able to engage and understand more.
No entry to church but Jan was awesome!

5.00Jan was very knowledgeable and super friendly. He made the tour a great experience. Our only disappointment was that when we booked, entry fee to the church was included but when we got there, were told it was an error and should not have been included so we did not get to enter the church. Very disappointed in the tour company but NOT Jan’s fault.

4.00There is no entry to anything. I was hugely disappointed with that. For some reason I was lead to believe I would be. PLUS I had to be a tram ticket for us both. In the past, Viator has included everything in their tour (except gratuities/food/fluids)
