  2.5 hours in total and still had to miss parts out as there is simply so much to see,,, the guide was amazing and know so much but was also an entertainer as well, one of the best I’ve come across& he knew exactly what to prioritize,, the basilica, the cathedral the palace are all worth the visit and the tour is the absolute “ must do”when in Prague

  The tour was really great! The cathedral was absolutely incredible, one of the most beautiful I've ever seen. Our tour guide, Vojta, was my favorite tour guide ever! He was so animated, made the tour so very interesting and was a wealth of information. I went on several tours while in Prague and this one was my favorite.

  The start location made it easy to find my guide. I did the English speaking tour and my guide was excellent. He explained things well and easy to understand. A great tour of Charles Bridge,castle, cathedral.and golden lane. I would highly recommend them!

• For us, way too much time...

  For us, way too much time was spent on Charles Bridge rather than in the Castle. We booked a tour of the Castle not the Bridge so we were disappointed in how much time was spent on the bridge. There is so much to see and learn about the Castle we thought that was where we would spend our time, it was not.

  The guide seemed to be very knowledgeable but without any sort of audio assistance it was nearly impossible to keep up with what he was discussing amongst all the crowds. Additionally, trying to start on the other side of Charles Bridge and making it through the castle in 2.5 hours leaves things feeling very rushed.

  Although it was very crowded when we had our tour, our guide Steve did an excellent job of maneuvering us through the sights. I really feel we had the best experience possible. I would not have wanted to attempt to see the castle without a guide. He also added a lot of humor which was appreciated.

  Starting time and meeting place were changed which was not a problem. I was at the front of the St Vitus cathedral and I could not find the tour guide. Waited until fifteen minutes past the scheduled time then I left.

  Steve is a great guide! You can tell he has lots of experience and is very knowledgeable of the area. He is very well organized. We saw some great locations at the castle and learned a lot about the history.

  This was a mess. There were just too many people, and too unorganized. The tour started late as the tour company opened too many slots for the groups. Given the large crowds, it meant we couldn’t see everything and the tour was overly rushed. The tour guide was great and knowledgeable, but the tour company needs to provide ear phones and receivers and group over 10 or 13 people, so the guide does not have to shout. Given the large crowds, and timing, we had to run across the bridge, run to the church, waited in line for 20 minutes to get in, couldn’t see anything with the crowds, and the final churches went unseen. Half the group dropped out. It was a mess. The gothic church is amazing, a must see in Prague, but maybe do it solo and not with this tour company
