This tour includes a unique mix of a history walk in the city and real historical sights when visiting a real nuclear bunker hidden 4 floors underground. Includes cold war expositions, photos, original items, army gear and equipment. People also recieve a copy of an authentic survival guide with nuclear instructions.

5.00I wasn’t super excited about this tour but my husband really wanted to go and I am glad we did. It was a wonderful and informative tour about the history of Prague and how /where they would retreat if nuclear weapons were launched. Carl was an awesome tour guide and went into great depth on the subject and answered all our questions. He is a true professional. I highly recommend this tour to someone that is interested in something a little different and off the beaten path. Carl is a great guide and made sure we all knew how to get back to where we needed to go.

5.00Our guide was born in communist Czechoslovakia and as he related his experiences all could feel his suffering and cautions. The historical discourse was something you will rarely hear. Do the tour!.

5.00Fun is probably the wrong word to describe communism, nuclear war, the constant oppression of people and all the other awful things the USSR brought to Prague, but fun is what was had. Our host “L” brought a deep personal experience and understanding to this tour, and gave an unfiltered look at the era. It’s not just the bunker, btw. You get to see other landmarks, and even hop on the tram that goes to the outskirts of town. Do be warned that the tour ends in an entirely different area from where it begins, so you won’t be circling back to the original meeting point.
