5.00Excellent in depth tour with a small group of 8. Our guide Martina was well informed and amusing. Only slight negative (not the fault of the guide or company) were the huge groups of Italian schoolkids who slowed entry to spaces and caused crowding. The price includes admission to all synagogues and the cemetery and was very worthwhile.

5.00Clear, concise yet thorough tour of the Jewish Quarters. Our guide, Steve was EXCELLENT! He filled the tour with history & interesting stories much of which you could NOT get walking around on your own.

5.00David provided an excellent tour of the Jewish Quarter, and shared lots of knowledge about Prague. Great introduction to the Maisal and Pinkas Synagogues, as well as the Cemetery. The Wall of Commemoration in the Pinkas was particularly evocative.

5.00Very good visit extremely interesting thanks to our guide Eli! There was no guide in French, so we opted for the English tour with Eli. Exciting! The visit, which was supposed to last 20 min, lasted 1h20! Eli explained a lot to us, she is passionate about the subject and made this visit very lively! Thank you so much Eli who is very professional, so friendly and passionate about the subject.

5.00We enjoyed Argel’s tour of Prague’s Jewish Quarter very much. It was the best of the six walking tours we’ve had via Viator on this trip to Munich, Vienna, Budapest and now Prague. Argel is so informative and passionate about this subject that I’m sure we’ll remember it for years to come.

5.00History is provided during and between all of the stops on the tour; would’ve been incredibly difficult to navigate without a guide with respect to timing and entry into all of the stops.

4.00We were incredibly fortunate to find a Jewish tour guide for the Jewish Quarter with genuine, deep knowledge of Jewish history—especially after a very disappointing experience in Terezein camp with a so-called Holocaust historian who felt more like a scammer pretending to be an expert. The tour itself was a relatively quick overview, and we definitely felt that much more detail could have been explored. Still, it was absolutely worth it. Petr, our guide, is Jewish and knowledgeable far beyond our expectations. Even though the tour group was very large and many participants didn’t pay attention at all (the cemetery was completely overcrowded), we stayed close to him the entire time. He was simply captivating to listen to.
