Mike was amazing! Super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, funny, and had highly valuable answers to everyone’s questions. He truly loves his job, loves Prague, and his enthusiasm is infectious. He went above and beyond to give our group the best experience possible, full of history, hidden gems, fun facts, and interesting anecdotes. He sold us even further on a city we already loved. I brought my 15-year-old daughter and even she was engaged and interested the entire time.

Disjointed speech, misuse of Spanish language, and use of foul words on several occasions. Personal views against vulnerable groups are misplaced. We understand that it was the first day of the guide but this type of attitude is not acceptable in any context.

The tour was beautiful thanks to the skill of Bianca, a capable guide who told us many things and many legends.... Places full of meaning; the cemetery, the synagogues and the old city. Well done again to Bianca who managed to make this visit interesting even for a 10 year old child who was never bored and understood everything. (including Golam) Cristiana Franco & Andrea
