• They Forgot Me at the Hotel

  On the day of the activity, they didn’t pick me up from the hotel as promised. Their excuse was that they “forgot” to arrange the coach to pick me up. After that, they simply tried to push my activity to the next day, even though I already had another activity booked on Viator for tomorrow. This was honestly a terrible and disappointing experience for me, and I’m extremely let down by the lack of professionalism from this company. What makes it even worse is that they reminded me a week before about the hotel pickup, yet they’re the ones who forgot. Truly unacceptable.

  Wow. This was a great experience my hubby and I enjoyed every moment. The tour guide was amazing and very knowledgeable and she explained everything. Such good attractions. Perfect

  While in Seychelles if staying primarily on Mahe you must visit the other two main islands of Praslin and La Dique. The boat ride was a little rough but the overall excursion was great.

  Great trip with fab guide. Boat ride was quite choppy - dont sit on the very back of the boat! Beaches were beautiful on Praslin & La Digue - both a definite 'must' visit. Bike ride on La Digue was easy, but took a while to be allocated a bike. Would have liked more details on island life/recommendations on places to visit.

  My husband and I were very excited to visit the beautiful islands of Praslin and La Digue during our trip to Seychelles, but unfortunately, our experience with Mc Seychelles and their guide Mamilla turned out to be one of the worst we’ve ever had. The day started with an extremely uncomfortable and unsafe boat ride. We were transported on a small boat in the middle of the ocean at full speed. The waves were very high, and we were completely soaked before even reaching the islands. The captain ignored the dangerous conditions and maintained a reckless speed throughout the ride.Once we arrived at the first island, there was no proper guidance or care from Mamilla. Instead of assisting or checking on the group, she sat down to play dominoes with her friends. When we asked about shower facilities after swimming, we were told we had to purchase something first in order to use them.The food provided was of very poor quality nowhere near the standard expected for the price we paid. Worse still, Mamilla was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the tour. She shouted at us repeatedly and treated us like schoolchildren. The information she gave was inaccurate, and her attitude was disrespectful. Transportation between the islands was no better we were herded into a truck in a manner that felt dehumanizing. On our way back, a female guest was missing, and shockingly, Mamilla instructed the driver to leave without her, referring to her in a derogatory way as “the African woman.” It was only thanks to other team members who intervened and insisted on waiting that she wasn’t left behind.This tour felt unsafe, disorganized, and completely lacking in professionalism. Mamilla’s behavior was unacceptable, and I strongly advise others not to risk their safety or money on a tour guided by her or organized by Mc Seychelles.

  Everything was amazing. Enjoyed the flexibility of using the bike to do my own thing and still head back with the group. The staff was knowledgeable and the food was great.

  Amazing experience. We started the day with punctuality and a great organization - the guide was very nice and guided the group throughout the day's agenda, timings, and logistics. The first visit was at Praslin, the bus was already waiting for us when the boat arrived, and the driver was great. The first stop was to learn more about Coco de Mer - a short and insightful experience. We went to the beach after it, which was great. An empty beach, beautiful and spacious, with a restaurant nearby if needed. After that, we went to La Digue - also punctual, organized and very smooth logistics. I recommend getting the bike in La Digue, the ride is effortless and short. Lunch was amazing with vegetarian and halal options. After lunch, we went to the beach, which was a bit crowded because the space is not so big and there were a few tourists there, but nothing that would ruin the experience. They have a few drink stands on the beach. After the beach we got back to the boat to return to Victoria, getting there around 5pm. • Good trip if you have little time during your whole vacation

  Very well planned although you travel around a lot in a short amount of time. Just enough beach time and very well organised overall. I wouldn't recommend the boat ride if you get seasick easily. It is a hell of a ride in June - "bumpy" would be understated. You will experience a lot of air time and huge waves but I still felt safe the whole trip. The team leader could work on their attitude, I felt a little unwelcome overall.
