  We had amazing days at the loop. Our guide Tong was very professional and knew the best viewpoints with less tourists or none at all. I felt always safe behind my easy driver Luiu. All the easy drivers gave always positive vibes. Be prepared for the view at the last homestay!

  Amazing drivers such nice people. One of the best experiences I’ve had in my life me and my group did 4 days 3 nights and I wish it went on longer. Huynh was my driver 10/10 would recommend:)

  We did a 4 day tour. The tour was great and the views unique. Huyen was a great driver. He knew many hidden routes, had a great character and drove safely.

  Experience was absolutely amazing! We had a lovely group of 5 tourists + easy riders. The easy riders were amazing. Not just skillful drivers but also very good guides about the environments. The homestays were absolutely amazing as well. Would absolutely recommend everyone to book with this operator.   Had the best experience with Ha Giang Loopers! We did the self ride (we came in with very limited driving experience) and our tour guides gave us the best adventure! They always ensure we were safe and having fun— they helped us every step of the way and became our friends by the end. If you want a small premier experience of the Ha Giang Loop, this should be your company of choice.

  Easily the best experience of my life and highlight of our Vietnam trip. The Ha Giang Loop completely exceeded every expectation. You can look at photos and hear people talk about it, but nothing compares to actually being there. The landscapes are unreal with endless winding roads through towering mountains, deep valleys, and insane views. But what made it even more special was how culturally immersive it felt. It wasn’t just about the scenery, it was about connecting with the local communities, learning about their way of life, and experiencing something so authentic and untouched. Every moment felt meaningful in a way that’s hard to find when traveling. What truly made the entire experience unforgettable, was our guide, Frank. He was hands down the best guide we could have asked for. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable about the region, the culture, and the history, but he also brought such a genuine presence. You can tell he really cared about creating an experience that people will never forget. He took us on amazing excursions like hidden waterfalls, delicious local food spots, and created a unique experiences that we could have never done on our own. Beyond that, he fit in perfectly with our group. It never felt like he was just a guide, he felt like a friend traveling with us. He always made sure everyone was comfortable, safe, and having fun during the whole trip. Lastly, Ha Giang Loopers itself was incredible. Hazel, the owner, was so responsive, kind, and professional from start to finish. She made sure we had everything we needed to have the best trip possible and was extremely accommodating the entire time, which made the whole experience feel seamless and stress free.   I had an amazing 4D3N Ha Giang Loop experience with HaGiangLoopers. From start to finish, everything was exceptionally well organized. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely committed to making the trip as smooth and enjoyable as possible. I always felt very safe, which made it easy to fully relax and take in the stunning scenery. They chose outstanding Accommodations, really good food and nice, off the beaten path tracks. Was so nice to pass by the giant >30 pac groups and hold at a quiet nicer place for coffee A special mention goes to Hazel, who was absolutely outstanding. She responded incredibly quickly to all questions and was a huge help when I accidentally left my AirPods on the bus. Her support in resolving that situation was fantastic and truly appreciated. • Once in a Lifetime Tour - the Absolute BEST

  When I say this was a once in a lifetime experience, I am not kidding! This was arguably one of the most fun, unique, & culturally immersive tours that I have ever done and it is all thanks to Ha Giang Loopers and our phenomenal guide, Frank. Our group had 4 people that wanted to self ride and 1 person that needed an easy rider. We were also looking for something that was a mix of social as well as off the beaten path and intimate, which Ha Giang Loopers delivered. Hazel was extremely communicative for months prior to the tour and kept us informed on what we would need in order to make this trip happen. She also did an amazing job coordinating all of our homestays, excursions, and our transportation from Hanoi & to Ha Long afterwards. She is an absolute rock star! The accommodations were quiet, cozy, & very nice and the tour itself included exploration of smaller back country roads, local homestays, hidden waterfalls, & amazing cuisine that felt like you were having a good old home cooked meal. Frank was by far the best guide you could ask for. He was extremely knowledgeable, kept the tour at a comfortable pace for our group, & prioritized safety above all else. The more you speak with Frank the more apparent his love and passion for the land, culture, and people of Ha Giang becomes and his willingness to share this with our group made this tour very special. We also shared a passion for photography and Frank went above and beyond to show us all the best spots & gave us plenty of photography tips. Towards the end of the trip, Frank was a part of our team and we were all a little upset when we had to leave. I would rebook with Ha Giang Loopers again and again in a heartbeat and recommend this company to anyone that will listen. Frank & Hazel - meeting you two was an absolute pleasure.
