1.00I booked the 5 pm tour on 11.28.25. I paid for what they said was a two hour cruise. We had to pay port taxes and all of the other boats left the port expect for ours. No one told us that we would not be sailing. We basically sat in port and they had people dancing. We all got one drink. That’s it. Most people sat down when they saw that we would not be going anywhere. However, they never told us. They just kept pushing the dancers. I have tried getting at least some of my money back but neither Viator or the promoter has been helpful. I’m really disappointed. Hopefully they will make it right.

5.00It was fun the whole time you were there. Entertainment was great. Dancers, the MC and DJ with the bangers. Good drinks. You'll feel by your second drink. Would definitely book again. Come early. First come first serve type. They have the list and start numbering everyone as they come. That number is the number they will call you to get into the ship.

2.00Not a premium experience or on the boat advertised. 30 max? More like 100. I booked this one specifically to NOT be on a party boat and it ended up being the biggest, most crowded party boat of them all. Boat left 30 minutes late and was the most run down looking boat of them all. Not premium. After a refund request was rejected because "everyone completed the experience" I was done. Are we expected to jump off at sea and swim back to shore? Customer service were no help either, shock.
You have to live this sunset without leaving town first.

4.00The boat cruise was great entertainment and the views were spectacular. Only con was getting to be aware the “dock tax” is not included in the fee. The dock fee must be paid at the gate $16,000 COP PER PERSON No credit card will accepted. Always communicate about voucher can be confusing. The boat cruise and entertainment was 10/10
