  Directions on "ticket" state that "you must check in by yourself through immigration desk." No one knew what Fast Track was, there are no "immigration desks" except for exiting. No one contacted me when I tried to message the operator, nothing. They simply stole the money from me and no services were rendered.

  I booked the one with check in assistance. This is really not helpful and doesn't speed up the process. She pointed to the line and said I'll meet you after. The escort through immigration and security is helpful and fast and all you need.

  We hopped off the plane and our guide was there to meet us. The airport was packed but we got through in about 30 minutes. Would definitely do this again.

  As advertised! The normal lines were quite long the morning I departed. Luckily I purchased this fastrack for departure. Went through immigration and security check with ease.

  The service was helpful in getting through the immigration but the hostess disappeared once we passed immigration. We were ent to check-in on our own too, so the service provided was just from past check-in to the entrance of the immigration. We waited a while after immigration for the lady and messaged her but didn’t hear back so went to find our gate on our own. Just be aware although the service if helpful, it isn’t as from pre-check in to the gate. Would still recommend it as it is helpful in cutting queuing time and the manager was also very friendly and helpful in accommodating our early arrival.

  This service was definitely helpful in cutting the time as it makes you skip the regular long immigration line. However make sure you ask which line to join as it isn’t obvious and we ended up queuing in the wrong one. On another note, the hostess disappeared while we were waiting to get through immigration and was taking care of another group who had arrived on the same flight so be aware this is not a private service and only includes being guided from the arrival area when you disembark the plane to the immigration point not through immigration or after.

  Zip right through customs!! Well worth it!! Natalie helped me find where to go and Thy Nguyễn was ready to help me get through everything in a flash!!
