5.00Laura was awesome. She was super accommodating with my family members that had mobility issues, she was very informative. She explained all of the sights and the area giving excellent information. She helped find seats that gave us an excellent view of the beautiful countryside. By the end of the trip, it was like sharing the day with a friend rather than a tour. Also, the restaurant in Disintis was excellent. It is a highly recommended add-on.

5.00Phenomenal. My husband and I devoted the second day of our stay in Zürich during our 10 year wedding anniversary trip to this tour and it was the highlight of our vacation. It was just us and Laura, our delightful guide. She engaged us in the history, the geography, the culture, and the food. She also knows here Way around a photo op! Friendly. Not crowed. Reasonable walks. Stunning views.

5.00We had a brilliant day on this tour. The scenery from Chur to Andermatt was simply stunning, with Laura pointing out little details we would have missed. Lunch was excellent, served in a charming restaurant with mountain views. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to see Switzerland in style.

5.00We had an amazing Glacier Express tour with Laura at Hello Switzerland Tours. Laura is one of the nicest, sweetest tour guides we’ve had who is so knowledgeable and super accommodating. Laura made sure that she tailored this private tour to our liking. We even had an amazing gourmet lunch at Desantis in a beautiful, cozy restaurant! So happy that I canceled a previous similar booking that would only serve you lunch inside the train. Going outside and seeing the city, getting some fresh air, and eating that sumptuous lunch was definitely a better experience than that other Glacier Express tour. I highly recommend upgrading to the Premium First Class train tickets as we mostly had the train cars to ourselves the entire time. Laura also gave us the time to take some great photos and even took our pics at some favorite spots. This was a wonderful experience to see the Swiss mountains, valleys, and alps and highly recommend Laura with Hello Switzerland Tours!!

5.00Laura was an absolutely wonderful guide. She was engaging, managed a fairly large group of us and was so much fun. We had a lot of guides on this Rhine River cruise with time in Switzerland, but she by far exceeded everyone else. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Laura.. I really hope to see you again!

5.00I booked this as a solo traveller and was delighted with how personal it felt. Laura was an excellent guide, full of knowledge and clearly passionate about her country. The train journey from Zurich to Andermatt was smooth and comfortable, and I could take pics from my seat without difficulty. The lunch stop was a treat. The restaurant’s terrace gave a splendid view of the surrounding peaks. I would happily do this tour again and see the Alps in a different season.

Very Misleading Tour – No Glacier Express Included

1.00I booked the Premium Glacier Express Route Private Tour from Zurich because I specifically wanted to experience the Glacier Express. The description and name of the tour made it sound like the Glacier Express train was part of the package, but it was not included at all. This was extremely disappointing and felt misleading. For the high price they charge, I expected much more clarity and honesty. Instead, the tour felt like a generic trip with none of the unique value that was promised. If you are booking this thinking you will actually ride the Glacier Express, be careful — it’s not what you’re getting. I would not recommend this tour, especially for travelers who want the true Glacier Express experience.
