5.00Started at 6.30 am, warmly welcomed by the friendly bus captain John. He engaged and guided us well. Places we visited in this trip were very well planned. The weather helped as well. Time given to us in every spot was just right. Bus captain-guide was able to tell about the places and its history. This reverse itinerary is good that we escape crowd and traffic. Smooth ride from start to end. Vehicle is very comfortable. Small pop quizzes kept us engaged. Overall wonderful experience.

5.00My tour guide is Peter. He is very friendly and welcoming guy to all guest. And he is very knowledgeable to every spot where we went. If I’ll come again to Melbourne, I’d choose this tour agent without doubt. It’s recommendable for 100 percentage!!
Scenery is stunning but Max 11 people is not honored

3.00This is not the small group tour as advertised. They DO NOT honor the MAX 11 people. We were told (after we boarded) they didn’t fully sell out the 2 buses of small groups so they added them together and our bus had 40% more people than advertised. The tour guide John was great and tried to make it good for everyone but he was stretched with the extra folks. The first part of the trip is a 3 hour drive straight out. You stop at the main sights on the great ocean road which are amazing and then for lunch in Apollo Bay. It would be nice to stay a little longer there and get to see the shops. John was able to find wild kangaroos and koalas to show us as well and stoped for ice cream towards the end. Overall the scenery was stunning but it is a long day of driving. I would recommend Dramamine for the roads on the second half of the day if you are prone to car sickness. Overall the trip was worth it and the guide was interactive and informative. I just wish the owner would have honored the smaller group he advertised instead of putting two groups together. When I contacted the owner to share my concern that he didn’t provide what was advertised he basically said he didn’t care.
