  I received instructions on where Joseph would be parked. I was a little skeptical because I just knew if was going to be difficult. However I was in contact when we landed and Joseph replied right back. I didn't have to worry about the previous instructions, because he was inside thw Airport with a sign 😊😊❤️

  I booked a transfer from San Juan airport to my hotel in May 2025 for a transfer on November 7, 2025. On November 3, 2025. I received an email saying they canceled our pick up because they were fully booked. Apparently it wasn’t fully booked by when I booked it. No other explanation. Beware if you try to book anything with this company

  Used this service to travel to and from the airport during my trip to San Juan. Joseph was extremely easy to reach and was very flexible when my flight got canceled and I had to be picked up later. He is also very friendly and welcoming, I would use this service again if I was traveling back to San Juan.

  Joseph was great! Felt comfortable the minute I met him. He gave me recommendations of local restaurants and beaches. Would book with this service every time I visit Puerto Rico.

  I booked this airport pickup a couple weeks before my trip to Puerto Rico & I would definitely recommend . Our driver Joseph was great he texted us before we arrived to Puerto Rico with exact location where to meet. The meetup was easy , the ride was smooth . He was very nice & the ride was pleasant . He even sent us a list of food recommendations and places to visit. I would definitely recommend this company for a smooth transfer to your hotel from the airport !!!

  Car was not there when we arrived so we had to wait had to call the driver once he arrived the ride to hotel was good
