  This is a scam tour company, I waited for an hour and a half and no car came to pick me up, no phone calls, no emails answered, and no refunds, very bad attitude. Later, after my hard work, I agreed to refund, but it brought me great mental loss. This is the worst trip I have encountered in my travels. I hope everyone will not be deceived by this travel company.

  We had guests from abroad who we wanted to impress with something unusual as a landmark, and also to show them the majestic nature of Bulgaria and, of course, we chose the Rhodopes. We chose Private 1-day Trip To Wonderful Bridges-Bachkovo-Asen's Fortress from Plovdiv and the option with a guide so that we can get additional interesting information during the trip and we were very pleased! The boy was very kind, with wonderful English and told many interesting facts about the history of this region, which we did not know. And from the views he showed us, we were left breathless, as were our guests! We spent the whole day for the tour and had a great time! Thank you very much for the high level of service provided, for the patience and answers to many of our questions, the organization was flawless! Good luck going forward and we will definitely take advantage of your services again!

  We visited all these beautiful places with the self-guided option, the experience is incredible!!!! All details and information have been described and presented correctly. Used other products of this tour operator with the self-guided option - well done guys, all clear!

  An absolute unique self-guided tour. Very cheap, guides on the spots, full logistics in pdf and maps were sent to me. Excellently organized and I'm extremely happy. Strongly recommend for everybody who wants to travel at their own pace!!!

  **SCAM ALERT** DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR Once we booked, operator asked for 180€ more for transportation. The tour operator was very rude and unprofessional. Would not cancel the reservation, so we ended up pay 93 USD for a google document. The document was sent via message at 7am on the day of the tour. We didn’t end up with a tour. We got NOTHING No tour, no information, no customer service. We asked for a refund as the tour includes nothing but a google document. The tour operator offered an $18 refund, as he said hard work was put into planning the tour. Tour was booked at 9pm the day before and contacted operator at 9:30pm (30min later) after we received a message for 180€ more for transportation. Viator can not issue a refund as the money was sent to the tour operator. Please avoid this Bulgarian SCAM at all cost. Take your business elsewhere
