Tourists visiting Jordan and the Holy Land area get extremely in love with the taste of our local food and spices. So imagine if you get the chance to learn our home-made recipes, cook the dishes by your own hands in assistance of a professional chef and instructor. Once the dishes are cooked you will enjoy a Jordanian Feast where you will gather around one big table and enjoy all the dishes you have personally cooked.
We will also give you the chance to enjoy our Jordanian coffee or tea after your session.
Don't forget to grab our detailed recipes in hard copy when you leave.

Antika Hotel performs cooking sessions for tourists who are interested in learning the real Jordanian traditional food recipes. A 2 hour’s session operated at our main restaurant including a starter, a salad, an appetizer, and a main course. The guests will be served Arabic Sweets as dessert, free drinking water, and coffee or tea at the end of the session.

5.00Wonderful cooking class. Learned how to make 5 different dishes. Then had a wonderful lunch from them. They also were amazingly accommodating as we miss booked and had to come on a different day. It’s a family run business.

4.00We had so much fun during our cooking class. The instructor was friendly, knowledgeable and kind! Food was great. Because this was a shorter class we mostly learned how to construct a meal, more than preparing the whole thing from scratch.
Beyond the incredible food, this cooking class offered a glimpse into the cultural heritage of Jordan.
