  Amazing day deep sea fishing! PJ-Mike and D’Angelo were amazing and helpful. They even cleaned the fish we caught on shore so we could eat it for lunch that day. Highly recommend

  Captain Issac was the consummate professional. He welcomed our guests from other countries. He observed strict safety standards (having been trained in the United States and The Bahamas). We had a relaxing day of snorkelling with turtles and cruising the cays. All smiles, no sunburns. We are ready to book another trip!

  Had half day morning chart aboard morning run. Captain Chris and mate Flowers were amazing. Weather/ wind was challenging they shifted gears quickly from trolling to reef fishing. They got us on the fish. They were super accommodating and friendly. It was a trip my 14 year old son won’t forget, highly recommend

  Went out with Chris and Flowers in mid-March with my 7 yr old daughter and 8 yr old son. Stayed inshore and caught a bunch of different kinds of fish and hooked a shark too. Both guys were awesome with the kids and super helpful/pleasant/etc. Would definitely recommend.

  Awesome fishing trip on the Y Knot with Capt Ryan We had so much fun Would recommend. Did a half day fishing charter and it was great He pit us on alot of fish

  Our group was very pleased with our fishing excursion with Hunter Charters. We had Capt Ryan guide us and teach us various baiting techniques. We were motivated to choose Hunter based on a recommendation from a friend. The booking process was seamless. Although we chose a day that everyone described as “Bahamian winter”, we managed to fish and swim in open ocean. Within our small group we had an expert sport fisherman and some beginners. Captain Ryan was very good at keeping our expert happy—he caught snappers, yellowtails and other fish. He was also very patient with beginners. The Captain filleted the fish for sashimi on the boat and for grilling when we got home. The boat we took was the ‘Y Not’ a 26’ Sailfish which comfortably holds up to 5 guests. Other boats (38’-48’) are available for more guests or longer excursions. We stayed within 1.5 hours of Nassau harbour. The boat was very comfortable and had lots of space for dry storage. We brought lunch, snacks, hats, sunscreen, lots of water, snorkelling gear and change of clothes. Everyone in our party really enjoyed the trip. As a mixed group: Bahamian and foreign, multiple languages, etc, we really felt welcomed by Captain Ryan. In addition to being an expert Captain, he is very good at communicating and sharing local knowledge and history. We will definitely book with Hunter Tours again.

  Capt. Chris and first mate Flowers were amazing. They were extremely accommodating and friendly. They put us on amazing reef snorkeling, brought us to swim with turtles, and also to see an amazing fish filled shipwreck. Captain Chris was very informative and competent. First mate Flowers was incredibly helpful and was able to anticipate all of our needs before we had a chance to ask. I would recommend these guys to anybody who wants to have a once in a lifetime snorkeling adventure in the Bahamas.

• Half Day Fishing Trip with Captain Ryan

  Did a half day bottom fishing trip! Ryan was very fun and friendly. Put us a spot where two of us caught approximately 20 keeper fish of different varieties. At the end we stopped off at reef where the snorkeling was amazing. Definitely recommend these guys.

  My wife and I had a good experience with this firm, thanks to Captain Chris and First Mate Jake for giving 110% to please us and make it a memorable excursion - Rose Island was gorgeous, we asked about the lighthouse on Paradise Island and we were brought there, we saw many stately homes and learned some things about the country - it was 4 hours but felt like so much more - fishing is a gamble there are no guarantees - I had some bites and pulled up a squirrelfish - what I saw was determination on the part of the crew to make our trip a success - and they did - thank you! Give this firm a try!

  Jake and Captain PJ were brilliant! My brother and I treated our Dad to a 4 hour fishing trip. Despite the waters being a bit choppy they made our experience very smooth and one to remember. They knew exactly what they are doing and I would recommend this to anyone. Being a Londoner we had so many questions which Jake was more than happy to educate us on. With the windy weather Captain PJ knew exactly how to ride the waves and made us feel all very safe. To make it even better my brother caught a King Mackrell (which we ate at the restaurant next to the Mariner). Dad caught a Wahu (but half was eaten by a shark when reeling in lol), and I unfortunately had something big but lost it! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and (I repeat) will recommend this to anyone!
