Depart from Marrakech in the early morning for the High Atlas Mountains. As you approach the twisting roads of the Tizi n'Tichka Pass, take in the breathtaking panoramic vistas and stop for photos at numerous overlooks. Continue to the historic and scenic Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site noted for its old kasbahs and as the setting for countless films. After touring Ait Ben Haddou, travel to Ouarzazate, sometimes known as the "Gateway to the Sahara," to see the spectacular Taourirt Kasbah and Atlas Film Studios. In the afternoon, travel via the picturesque Valley of Roses to the Dades Gorge, where you will spend the night in a beautiful hotel set within the dramatic canyon.

After a fresh breakfast, drive to the breathtaking Todra Gorge, where you may stroll along the towering canyon walls. Continue your journey to Merzouga, passing through typical Berber communities and the huge Sahara Desert. Arrive in Merzouga in the late afternoon, just in time for a spectacular camel trek across Erg Chebbi's golden dunes. As the sun sets, the colors in the desert change, producing a beautiful display. Spend the night at a typical Berber camp, where you can have a delicious dinner under the starry sky and soak in Berber hospitality, replete with music and storytelling around the campfire.
Merzouga desert - Back to Marrakech

Rise early to see the breathtaking sunrise over the dunes, an outstanding sight. After breakfast, take a camel ride back to Merzouga, where your driver will be waiting. Begin your journey back to Marrakech by retracing your ways via the Moroccan desert and mountains. 5.00We completed this as a private luxury tour with Rachid as our brilliant driver and guide. He really looked after us and tailor made the tour along the way to respond to our interests. This was an amazing adventure which was perfectly put together with so many experiences. The selection of stopping points were really well thought through with our guide Rachid who was informative, supportive and good fun too! The hotel on the first night and the camp on the second were sophisticated choices with excellent service and meals. I would highly recommend this tour company and this tour as an essential part of visiting Marrakesh!

5.00We booked a private three-day tour from Marrakesh to the Sahara, and it was truly the highlight of our trip to Morocco. Our guide, Mohamed, was absolutely wonderful; kind, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He taught us so much about Morocco’s history, culture, and the Berber people, and his storytelling made the journey come alive. The long drives were comfortable and enjoyable, thanks to great conversations along the way. Mohamed was always on time, made sure we felt safe and well cared for, and handled everything with such professionalism and warmth. The desert experience itself was magical, but it was Mohamed who made it truly unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide, and we would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Morocco.

5.00We did a three-day tour with Ali. Suffice it to say we were in the best of hands. He took care of us the entire time: he watched our backs, gave us great tips on where to spend (and where not to spend) and what to see. He was knowledgable about the history of every destination, and he prepared us for all kinds of weather. We went up to the Atlas Mountains, all the way to the Sahara Desert. By the end, we were sad to say goodbye, as he felt like family. He takes great photos, keeps an eye on you, and encourages you to immerse yourself into the culture. He speaks multiple languages and gets to know each and every person in his care as an individual. We are already planning to come back!

5.00My friend and I took this trip and had a great time! Our driver, Ali, was kind and welcoming and we had a great time getting to know him. The trip took us to lots of cool sites and he helped us get some amazing photos. It was amazing to see the sand dunes in the Sahara and the landscapes of Morocco. A personal favourite of ours was the Atlas Mountains and driving through them - what breathtaking views. Can’t recommend this tour enough - thanks To Morocco Travel!! Booking experience was easy as well, tho next time I’d ask more questions. We communicated mostly over email and WhatsApp.

5.00We did the 3-day private Sahara tour with our driver Hassan and it was simply amazing! In short: a MUST DO for every visitor of Morocco! Morocco’s landscape is incredibly beautiful: the awesome rock formations of the Atlas mountains, the warm red glow of the wide earth fields and last but not least the camel tour to the mindblowing Sahara desert camp! Wow! Hassan was an amazing driver! He explained to us about what we were seeing, gave us insides into Berber life and filled the tour with life. Thank you so much!

5.00We went to Morocco for a week and had an amazing time! Our trip to the desert was definitely a highlight, my kids loved it (age 5 and 11). Rashid and Zaid (our driver and guide) were great! Made us feel like a big family, always taking care of us and making sure we were well! They also planned the rest of the trip (hotels and tour in Marrakesh). Everything went according to planned, the hotels they chose were beautiful! Definitely recommend this tour and the company for any trip in Morocco!

5.00We did a 4-day tour from Marrakech to the Sand dunes near Merzouga. It was a private tour with me and my wife. Hassan was our tour guide and was very friendly and informative. He suggested we go to some less of frequented tour options, such as having a picnic in the desert and going fossil hunting in the wild. Overall. It was a great time and all the accommodations were excellent. I would recommend this tour guide to all of my friends.

5.00We did a 3 day tour with Hassan as our guide. He was an amazing guide. He was super thoughtful for each of the steps. We also modified the trip to include 2 nights in the desert which Brahim and team made happen. The camp was also great that they prepared a different dinner for us on the second night to make sure we wouldn't be stuck eating the same dishes. Hassan was super friendly the whole time and could answer all our questions. He accommodated all our requests for activities and made sure we could do everything we wanted. He was also a super safe driver with great music. We learnt so much and had such a great time. 100% would recommend to all our friends.
