Standard hotel rooms in Taiwan contain either two single/twin beds or a double bed fit for two people. Twin-Share Accommodation is for two people per standard room (traveling parties are booked in the same room); Private Accommodation is for one person in a standard room.

For traveling parties with an odd number of individuals, either three people will be placed in a triple room or one person will be placed in private single room (at an additional cost), depending on availability

Foldable wheelchair accessible - if assistance is required, passenger must provide their own carer

It wasn't much of a guided tour with a fun guide or fun facts, it's more of a personal driver type of trip where it's quiet during the drive. When we got to the destination, most of the time was for exploring on your own, which was fine for me but not very exciting otherwise. The first van and hotel to sun moon lake was very nice but the metro and van in Kaohshiung was not very nice. I traveled solo so the personal van escort and hotel was kinda worth it for me but otherwise I don't think it was worth the money, almost seven hundred for four days. Also the Kaohshiung guide had very bad time management. We were suppose to go to three destinations on the last day and spent forever at the first two places never mentioning we were short on time and towards the end I didn't get to have lunch and literally spent two minutes at the last place and barely made it to the hsr station. The call center was very supportive otherwise I would've given them less ratings.

Outstanding Tour Guide (Joseph Yi) brought to life the numerous historical and cultural landmarks in Taiwan. He always did his best to ensure our safety, security and fun. He really went out of his way to accommodate our family and our wishes. I would definitely use Viator and request Joseph again on a future trip to Taiwan.

Excellent tour. Joe the guide was extremely patient, helpful, gentle and very knowledgable. His driver was also friendly and very helpful.The rest of the group on the bus were also very nice which helps.The tour was packed with just enough to see lots and get a feel for Taiwan.The hotels were very good quality.All in all perfect for us as it showed a blend of culture, history and modern Taiwan

I very much enjoyed this tour. My favourite stop in Central Taiwan was Lukang with its fabulous Chinese temples my favourites out of the many in Taiwan, streetfood better and cheaper here than anywhere else on the tour I found and interesting antiques. My favourite stop in Southern Taiwan was the natural gas fires coming out of the ground, as personally I have never seen anything like these anywhere else. I thought that all of the hotels were very good. I would have preferred to get the bullet train from Kaohsiung back to Taipei rather than the slow train and I would have been happy to pay a bit extra for that. I am glad that we did at least get the train back rather than drive along the scary raised highways. The guide for the Central Taiwan tour was excellent. The guide for the Southern Taiwan tour was very pleasant but I personally couldn't quite understand his accent. Both guides were very organised.
