Join Captain Juan Carlos in search of some of the best game fish in the world. Whether you’re an experienced offshore pro or planning your first deep sea fishing trip, Charters Aruba has the best crew to take you on a half or full day fishing adventure.

Aruba offers great fishing for Marlin, Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, Tuna, Kingfish, Amberjack, Barracuda, and more. Using a variety of fishing techniques like bottom fishing, trolling jigging and sport fishing, you will have the opportunity to target more species and learn at the same time.

"Carla" a 31-foot Bertram sport fisherman fully rigged for big game tournaments. A clean comfortable yacht that includes a toilet. With excellent equipment and features, the captain’s fishing and navigating skills, the “Carla” is one of the most successful charter boats for offshore fishing.

Charters Aruba will take you out to the big blue or remain in calmer waters, you decide. For deep-sea fishing, you’ll head toward the rougher ocean and aim for Barracuda, Tuna and Wahoo along the coast or, move more seaward where Mahi Mahi and Marlin await, depending on the season and weather conditions! All trips are private.

Rudolph the captain and First mate Randolph were very friendly and made the experience a fun time. Randolph did all the lines for us to be able to fish. Although we did not catch the Big one, we caught three. Thank you

We had a horrible experience. The boat is too old, smelled like petro, not big enough for this type of excursion. The captain and his helper were not very personable and friendly all. We felt like we were imposing on them. I hate to give bad reviews but I feel like people should know. I wish we would have seen the bad reviews before booking.
AVOID! Do not do this experience! Way better options out there!

I never leave bad reviews but hope I can save other families! We have done many excursions on many different islands and this was by far the worst one we have ever done. From the minute we arrived, Captain Juan Carlos was rude, disrespectful, and honestly quite scary. We walked on eggshells the entire trip and spent most of it in silence. Our “fishing” part of our trip included only reeling it in and then it was quickly taken over and shoved in a cooler. We caught 6 fish in four hours. When preparing it for us to take back to grill, the mate indicated half of the fish is for the boat so he would not give it all to us. Our children are scarred from this experience and incredibly disappointed with the lack of fishing. We have loved every Aruba experience thus far but this most definitely was the exception. Very little actual fishing occurs, you are treated absolutely horribly, and then feel guilty when you request what you caught. At the end when requesting a tip was the only time captain Juan was somewhat personable. I disregarded a few bad viatar reviews I read but clearly I should have listened. I hope this info finds the right person so some changes can be made. This is not how Aruba does business

One of the highlights of our honeymoon! Juan Carlos and Rudolph were awesome, so helpful and obviously very experienced. Coolest part was getting to eat our catch. Rudolph prepped the fish on the dock and handed it off to the staff at Lucy’s restaurant. Super reasonably priced and so good!

Great day. It was very choppy so we stayed closer to shore but still pretty far out to catch 11 tuna. Bring your anti nausea meds if you just to be safe.

We had a great time. Caught some fish. Captain was knowledgeable and explained everything. First Mate Rudolph was very helpful and tolls us what to do. Water was pretty tough so we were a little queasy at the end but it was no fault of our host.

My husband and I are in Aruba celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and had the opportunity to spend our afternoon fishing aboard the Carla. It was an amazing experience catching fish via trolling and using the hand line. We came in with a king fish, rainbow runner and a few bonitos!!! We would definitely come back, the captain and mate were very experienced, full of knowledge and a pleasure to fish with! Thank you for helping to make our anniversary memorable!
