  There is no need to book this. I paid $60 a person for a taxi that is probably $15 to $20 a person. Now that I know the costs in St. Thomas I would not book again.

  The ride with Shelley was quite enjoyable. She was friendly and very communicative. She gave a good detail of what was happening and I felt quite comfortable riding. Thanks

  Our transportation through this service was an hour late to pick us up, arrived in a beat up 1990s white minivan (not the black sprinter van pictured) then blamed us for the late arrival because their calls didn’t go through with my spotty cell coverage (thanks, Verizon). There was no one waiting outside baggage claim with our name on a sign like the instructions said, so we wandered around the airport looking for the black sprinter van pictured - to no avail. This service is about 4x what you would pay for a regular taxi. We cancelled the pickup we had scheduled to go back to the airport and took a Kelly taxi instead (which was much nicer, had air conditioning, was private, and was about 1/6th the cost of this service). Save your money and the stress and just take a taxi. Would not recommend this to anyone.

  We were disappointed our driver was not waiting for us as promised. We had to wait over half an hour, and the vehicle was not the standard we expected. Not worth the price for us.

  So far so good. We had a 45 minute flight delay and we were able to communicate with a driver and let him know. He was very kind and let us know just to text him when the plane actually needed.

  The picture showed a private van, but we were taken in an open air bus. I thought it would be a nice, air conditioned vehicle for the amount of money we paid. Also, compared to the rates that were posted on the back window of the cabin…we paid nearly ten times what we shoulve.

  Our driver was amazing! He was on time and very knowledgeable. It was a really great experience as we traveled to our resort.
