5.00Driver was waiting outside the gate with a sign of my name. Super easy through viator app especially when I signed up the night before. Driver helped with luggage. The van was comfortable especially when there was a crazy amount of traffic. Windows allowed for some passive looky looking. . The driver did not speak English much but we got by with Papago and my kindergarten Korean skills when needed. Drop off was a breeze for our hotel since it had an established drop off zone with a doorman to assist.
