3.00The company operator was very accommodating & most of the time available. However, he/she might have no control of the the driver on site which was quite frustrating. Raul, who was the night saver driver, came into the rescue after waiting for almost an hour for the schefuled driver who was supposed to be waiting for us outside the exit. but even if we already walked outside the airport, the scheduled driver wasn't still there. But Raul, somehow compensated for the long wait, allowed these starving tourists (us) bec of waiting, drive through a fast food restaurant to grab some to fill our tummy before going to our Resort. Thank you, Raul 🙏
