Kwan was very efficient, he had contacted us a couple of days prior to arrival to reconfirm the transfer, upon arrival he was waiting for us with a sign and he was very efficient and he had a large knowledge of Seoul which was very helpul Kwan can also do private tours of Seoul which is a prefect introduction to the city I would definitely recommand him

Kwan was informative and helpful throughout our entire trip. Not only was he an efficient driver from the airport to our hotel he also made us reservations whenever needed, and provided us recommendations throughout our entire trip. In the future, I will make sure to book with him again to provide a wonderful, safe, home filled experience.

Kwan was extremely informative during our experience! He was able to point out things that we really needed to know, and give us dining and cultural experiences! He was extremely friendly and relatable! He checked in on us throughout our trip and made us feel safe! I look forward to being guided by him again! Thank you so much for all of your help. Good communications on arrangements. Kwan was waiting with my name on a tablet at the arrival hall. Nice, comfortable ride in his luxury car. Kwan helpfully gave us tips on holidaying in Seoul. Recommended a cafe near our hotel upon hearing that we were likely to just hang out until our room was ready in the afternoon. Also provided other recommendations on food and attractions. Highly recommended!

Kwan was the best driver and guide for what to do! Knows Seoul extremely well. He is very friendly and fun to talk to, and the drive was smooth and efficient. He can cater to a variety of tours and it feels very personable.
