4.00Pick up was not a Mercedes van, it was a Prius. Had 4 adults with two large suitcases and 4 carryons and it was a tight fit. Car didn’t smell the best.

5.00Before we left for the airport in England we received a message to say that our driver would meet us at the airport in Krakow. Just as we landed in Krakow we then received a message from our driver to say he was there waiting for us. Our driver Dawid was helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. He gave us ideas of where to go and what to do during our stay. All in all an excellent start to our visit to Krakow and I would highly recommend this service!
