Driver confirmed the day before via email. Day of transport he arrived 20 minutes early and called to let us know he arrived. Never had any concerns about a bad experience. Would definitely recommend.

Auckland is wonderful to visit, lots of places to eat and relaxing, went for a great massage and they food was great, people are friendly and helpful
