5.00I looked up transportation the DAY OF, and was accommodated. They communicated with me. Prompt with replies, the car was clean, and cold, like I have 0 complaints. I would recommend this service 100% and would use them again!

5.00Nepal was excellent. He answered every questioned i asked he was on time . he called to let me know how many minutes he would be arriving . i was travelling alone first time. He made sure I felt safe very professional and kind. I would recommend in using his services again.

5.00Nepaul was very kind and efficient. He got us to our destination in a timely manner. And even let us make a pit stop to buy some souvenirs. He made us feel very comfortable throughout the ride and process. We will most definitely use them again if we find ourselves traveling back to Jamaica.

5.00We booked return transfer to The Hideaway at Royalton Blue and Sangster our airport with Jaconnecttours and our driver was Nepaul. He is a great driver and his vehicle was clean and working well. Nepaul was early for both pickups and that was greatly appreciated by my wife and I. He is very courteous and easy to speak with. We will definitely book with Jaconnecttours when we return to beautiful Jamaica!

5.00Our driver was there at the airport when we arrived. He is very courteous and knowledgeable about different sites that were on the way. The drive felt very safe and relaxed. We used him to go back to the airport as well. Great choice.
