Great experience! Got to see a Gorgeous area of Puerto Rico! The Cayo Icacos and palominos island were breath taking. Our tour guide Carlos was wonderful and understanding when one of us became seasick. Arranging a car service was easy and a good price! Our driver was friendly and gave a lot of recommendations. Over all an incredible experience and would love to do it again.

The trip was next level. We caught great weather. The captain was highly knowledgable and friendly. It was obvious he took his job seriously as captain and safety was top priority. Our family of 6 had a great time and would definitely use Encanto again or recommend to anyone looking to take a trip to Icacos and the surrounding islands. The price is very fair, the customer service is unparalleled. Don’t even look anywhere else.

We had the best time on this private boat tour! Derek was an awesome captain- super friendly, laid back, and really made the whole experience feel tailored. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and we had plenty of time to enjoy each stop without feeling rushed. The food hit the spot and the cold local beers were on point. What really made this a worthy experience was how chill and private it was. We saw other boats packed with people and it looked crowded and hectic, like a whole production. Ours was relaxed and felt like our own little escape. If you’re looking for something easy, fun, and not tourist-trappy, this is it. Highly recommend!!! Extra bonus if you get Derek as the captain

This was my favorite part of our trip to Puerto Rico! The beaches were pristine, the wildlife was authentic and plentiful, and the boat ride was manageable and fun for our little children. If I could do it over again, I would book for the whole day.

Captain Carlos was amazing! The boat was super clean and comfortable, and he made the whole experience fun, easy, and relaxing. He took us to the best spots around Icacos and Palomino—crystal clear water, beautiful beaches, and he offered snorkeling but we preferred to lounge on the float by the beach. His attention to detail and local knowledge really made the trip special. Highly recommend this private tour!
