Once you have confirmed your booking with Eagle Transfers and Tours, the hard part is done, and you can start looking forward to your Antigua vacation. Please print or have on your mobile device confirmation/ticket on arrival to provide to the representative so that he/she may assist. Flight Tracking: We track the flight for all its arriving guests booked with Eagle Transfers and Tours. If your flight is delayed, don't worry, we will not leave. On arrival at the V. C. Bird International Airport (ANU) in Antigua, after clearing Customs/Immigration, collect your luggage at the baggage claim and then locate our representative waiting for you outside the baggage claim/customs area to greet you. Please look for a sign with the Eagle Transfers and Tours logo (Navy Blue and Yellow in colour) and/or your name. If you do not spot the representative outside the baggage claim/customs area, continue to proceed outside to the curb through door 5 or 6, cross the Pedestrian Crossing to the tour desk area. Once in the tour desk area, make a right and look for Eagle Transfers and Tours logo (Navy Blue and Yellow in colour). It is at the far right end. Once you're checked in and board your private transfer, it is about 35-45 minute drive to the Hammock Cove Resort For Departure private transfer service to Antigua airport (ANU), once the traveler's email address is provided after booking, a pickup notification will be emailed at least 24 hours prior to the day of guest departure. If the pickup notification is not received, please contact us by direct email and/or via the Viator portal to confirm your/guest pickup time. Please note that airport regulations require that all passengers check-in at least 2 hours prior to the flight departure.

4.00The team was great about confirming and when we got delayed and missed our flight in, they were super flexible to change to the next day. Our only hiccup was our pick up driver was 20min late on our arrival (there was more traffic than normal because of a cricket match). But the front desk gave us water and kept us company. Our driver was awesome - super fun to talk to and taught us about the island (and the match)! Our return to the airport was confirmed and he was early - Loved that when going to the airport. His car was nice and he had the AC cranked for us. He was also friendly and thanked us for visiting. Would absolutely recommend this company and would use them again!

5.00Thank you so much for the transportation to/from our resort on our recent vacation. The staff at the airport and the two drivers were just amazing. Really knowledgeable about the area, pointing out different things during the drive, providing recommendations and making us feel welcome. The added touch of the beverage upon arrival for the drive to the resort was so kind. Really made the vacation so much easier to have such reliable and good service.
