1.00I did not use the service. We did not make our connection and could not meet the service. Trying to cancel was difficult and we tried to reschedule the pickup time and after calling we’re not successful. Was told I would get an email and did not. We had to get alternate transportation

4.00We used this service at the recommendation of a family member. Our driver was Matt. He was there to meet us at the baggage claim area even though our flight was delayed almost 2 hours. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The ONLY complaint I have was that the vehicle smelled bad. For the cost of this service ($190), I expect a clean vehicle free of any odors. Otherwise great service.
