4.00great service, as they texted us to confirm and contact upon arrival. they were flexible, as we missed our connection flight and arrived 1 hour late. however, they do take 45 mins to get there from their base, so we had to wait about an hour for the driver

Our driver was personable and very informative on our drive to our hotel, sharing local history and pointing out some of the sights we would be seeing during our visit. 1.00Driver was there to meet us in the arrival hall. He was polite and helpful, pulling some of our bags and loading them into a very clean car. He also provided bottles of water and a few biscuits and sweets. So why the low rating? His mobile phone, that's why. Between constantly fiddling with it to get his sat nav view correct, he also read several texts he received and texted back. At one stage he answered a phone call so was holding the phone to his ear with one hand while changing gear with the other. He really needed a third hand to hold the steering wheel! As a result we got closer views of the back of vehicles in front than we would have liked, with last minute lane swerves the norm. A scary journey that I wouldn't want to repeat.

5.00Driver messaged to say he was outside while we were still in the airport, and was waiting patiently at arrivals with a clear sign when we came through. He helped with luggage and we received water and snacks. Excellent transfer.
