Our driver (Kazu) was absolutely amazing! He kept me updated with clear, timely messages from the moment my son and his girlfriend landed at Narita Airport until they were safely dropped off in Shinjuku. His communication and professionalism really helped put this slightly neurotic mum’s mind at ease! 😊 Everything ran smoothly, and the service was reliable and friendly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly recommend!

Zou was right on time and holding a sign with my name on it when I arrived at Narita. He had messaged me with WhatsApp a day or two before my flight so I knew he would be there. It was so easy and pleasant. The perfect way to get from the airport to my hotel especially because I was so tired. Highly recommend Zou and this method of transportation.
