5.00We booked the transfer from the airport to Disney ahead of time, our travel coordinator Alana has contacted us 24 hours before with full details when and where to find the driver and supported all along the way. Our driver Mr fong was waiting for us where it was indicated and had a comfortable fast trip to our destination. Highly recommend the service as it’s convenient and in the event of language barriers the travel coordinator support to the maximum. Th am you Alana and Mr fong for the warm Welcome to Shanghai!

5.00Had a great experience and Mr. Jin was very professional. Alana provided very clear up front instructions to enusre it was clear where I would meet my driver, Mr. Jin, upon arrival. Since traveling to unfamiliar locations can be stressful at times, I was extremely happy that this was one aspect I had no stress over. I highly recommend this service.

5.00Alana was super communicative and detailed making my transport to and from PVG so smooth. She reassured us the driver won’t leave when we were delayed. Mr. Wang was our driver-was caring and a good driver. Even if you don’t know Chinese like me, Alana was there to help coordinate everything via WhatsApp or phone. 5.00The service was great. Alana reached out to me a day before the trip to confirm all the details. She was very professional and courteous and made sure all my questions were answered. The day of arrival Alana shared Liu’s phone number and they were available on both WhatsApp and WeChat. Liu was right on time and patiently waited as there was delay for my coworker to collect his bag. Car was very clear and driving was very smooth. Overall very happy and great recommend this company
