Your MEETING POINT for PRIVATE ARRIVAL transfer is in front of your designated arrival gate. There are 6 gates from Gate A to F in Terminal 1. Please check your arrival gate number upon arrival. Our driver will be holding your name on signboard. 2. Driver will be waiting total of 90mins after time of landing for you in front of the arrival gate. It will be marked as 'no show' and won't be entitled to a refund if come out late without any notification. Please contact our 24hrs Call Center if you cannot make it on time for possible adjustment (but not guaranteed). 3. If travel with more than one baggage per guest, please kindly indicate it upon reservation. 4. Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund. 6. Relax as you travel to your Seoul hotel in a comfortable shared van with a professional driver. At time of booking, YOU MUST include the following flight and hotel details in the "Special Requirements" box: • Arrival Airline • Arrival Flight Number • Arrival Airport • Arrival Time • Full Hotel Name, Address, and Phone Number

5.00They sent us a very big van good for 12 pax even if we were only 5 pax! it was a very big van and we were so happy about the big van they sent us really big and nice so all our 5 pieces of luggages and 4 carry ons fitted well in the big van. Because if they sent us an ordinary van it would have been very hard to fit in our luggages. The person who fetched us inside the airport was very nice too and our driver as well. We are very happy with this service!

5.00The driver/guide Mr. Kang was already waiting for us after we got out of the baggage claim area. He waited for us as we were renting out mobile wifi devices. He spoke English, the car they got for us was big enough for 5 people and 5 luggages and clean as well. He didn't know where our AirBnB accommodation was, but he looked it up himself and he took us there with no problem. It's a bit pricey, but after a long flight and going with a big group, it was worth it. Highly recommended.
