5.00Amigo Tours worked super slick for our airport from/to transfer to Simpson Bay Resort. We were a group of 12, I was able to book and pay for everything online for <$8/person each way. They were waiting at the airport and had an extra shuttle just for our luggage. I gave them our departure time when we had to go back to the airport, they timely getting to the resort. Drivers were very friendly and accommodating-highly recommend.

1.00American Airlines delayed, delayed, delayed our trip back home to CLT. Then after 7 delays and multiple gate changes, they loaded us on a bus for 45 mins. Then they cancelled our trip. One gate agent for all the vouchers, then the luggage was still on the plane so after spending the whole day in the airport we finally made it to the hotel at 9pm. Told us to be at airport for departure the next day at 10. Delayed due to no crew, then delayed bc no pilot, then diverted to Miami, Then diverted back to CLT. finally at 3 we left just in time to fly head on into the winter storm. I have never had such a terrible experience flying in my life. DO NOT FLY AA to ST. Marten. Customer service couldn't even find me in the flight registration. would give them a zero.

1.00Definitely not luxury !!!! I booked this for a luxury experience because of my 30th birthday and they came in a van! There wasn’t nothing luxury about this experience and I even asked for champagne as well. Don’t book with them. Just get a taxi! It’s cheaper!!

1.00What was supposed to be a “private” transfer ended up being a bus with other passengers! After I voiced my complaint, the decided to take the 4 in our party, privately to our hotel! What a rip off!! Could have just taken the bus for a fraction of the cost!
