5.00So glad we booked this service! It was so easy to find our driver with our name on a large sign. The taxi situation looked crazy and I’m glad we didn’t have to deal with it after already waiting a long time to clear passport control. I would highly recommend!

5.00Thank you for easy pickup at Airport. Guy was holding sign with our name on it. Was easy to find. Fighting way through the Ho Chi Min rush hour traffic was interesting. But no one seems to crash or get upset. But would definitely use again.

2.00Driver was not in arrivals area as described. I had to call a number for the dispatch to send the driver, while I waited. Plus at 786,000VND ($30usd) the service was way overpriced. My taxi fare to the airport was 176,000VND ($7usd). Even if you double it, the taxi is still much cheaper. Don’t use this service.

1.00Worst of all ⤵️pick-up and drop-off, 1. I didn’t know where to meet the driver at the arrival lobby so I looked pretty hard and ended up at the end of the arrival lobby, and also, since the driver only knew English because I didn’t know his name at the time of booking, I won’t use it again 😤

5.00Representative met us promptly upon entering the immigration area and fed us through the correct immigration line to bypass the large crowd and got us to our luggage timely once we got through immigration. She then walked us outside to connect with our driver.

5.00Great communication from the company! We missed our flight due to a maintenance issue on the plane and had to send the night in another country before catching the flight the next day to Ho Chi Minh City. I emailed them and they were able to accommodate our flight change with no issues. Driver was already waiting for us at the meeting point when we arrived and was very nice and professional. Will use this company again for all other rides in the future.

5.00The airport pick up in Ho Chi Minh couldn’t have been easier! The booking company was communicative and responded promptly to my questions. Our flight was delayed but our driver waited and greeted us in the spot we were told to meet. I would use this company again for future airport pick ups!
