5.00After our flight was delayed, we arrived nearly 18 hrs later than our original time. We kept in touch with the transfer and gave our new flight details, luckily there was enough time to rearrange the transfer. Really great experience, the driver was at the exit door as we left the airport, very happy and helped us with our luggage. Very smooth transfer to our hotel.

3.00Would advise asking the driver which route he is taking as on our drive he was going to take a route that was around 20-25 minutes longer. He changed after we asked him to take the quickest route.

2.00The driver was on time and greeted us when we arrived. However, he was not dressed cleanly and does not looked as a representative of a professional transport agency. Will not use this company again if this is the kind of driver they send to meet customers.

2.00Not sure if the driver was late or if he took a break, but he was not out waiting with the sign as were the other drivers. I had to search for him, sent a message to the company and even another driver offered to call the company. The driver finally showed after about 15 minutes. When making the reservation I informed the company of 6 people with many bags at least 2 a piece. They stated the vehicle would be big enough. The rude part is the driver did not introduce himself, when he saw the number of bags he frowned. He hollered at me to help him with the bags, because he had to stack them. Granted a couple of the bags were large and heavy. I cannot control what others pack. When I tried to help him situate the bags inside the passenger area he made rude remarks. He did not say a word to any of us the whole drive. In the end I still tipped him. His attitude towards the client is inexcusable!

5.00Good communication leading up to the transfer and man met us after baggage claim. We were a large family and they accommodated us with two large taxis with door to door service and loading and unloading our 7 bags!
