The driver will pick you up from your accommodation in Marrakech in a comfortable private vehicle before starting your journey to the Atlas Mountains. The first stop is in Tahnaout to enjoy beautiful views of olive groves and traditional Berber villages. Continue the trip to enjoy a traditional Berber breakfast in a local house with fresh bread, olive oil, honey, butter, and Moroccan mint tea. The journey then continues through Asni, known for its scenic landscapes and its famous weekly Berber market on Saturdays. After that, arrive in the mountain village of Imlil (1,740 m), the gateway to Mount Toubkal. Here you will meet a local guide and enjoy an easy 50-minute hike through Berber villages and walnut trees to visit the beautiful Imlil waterfall. After the hike, enjoy a traditional homemade Berber lunch in a local house or mountain restaurant with panoramic views of the Atlas Mountains, followed by relaxing time with Moroccan mint tea while enjoying the peaceful mountain scenery.

5.00We made this tour yesterday 7 March accompanied by Khalid the driver and Rachid the guide. Everything was perfect: they are both very kind, competent, taught us a lot of things, answered all our questions. Speak French well..we highly recommend them. It was a really nice day.

5.00We had a great time in Imlil with Hamza, Rachid and their family! The hike in the Atlas Mountains was so peaceful and beautiful. Our guide, Rachid, was very kind and explained a lot about the Amazigh culture and their village. The cooking class was really fun. We learned how to make a traditional tagine and mint tea. They also have a rooftop, drinking tea with that view is on another level! I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone visiting Morocco.

5.00My mum and I had a lovely day out with Hamza and family. The views were spectacular, the pick up seamless and the kitchen had space for multiple people. Highly recommend! It’s not just a cookery class but a day out away from the bustle of Marrakech, seeing somewhere new and excellent value for money.

5.00We had a wonderful time exploring the beautiful Atlas Mountains with Hamza. He taught us so much about the Amazingh culture and his family, which made the experience even more special. Hamza was warm, patient, accommodating and considerate, and he looked after us extremely well throughout the trip. We have nothing but great memories from our time in Imlil exploring with Hamza, and we plan to return and do more tours with him in the future, in sha Allah. 5.00Hamza and his family are wonderful! He gave us an authentic experience that will not be forgotten. I highly recommend this activity as the Atlas Mountains itself is something to die for! And learning how to make the Moroccon dish was just the cherry on top. Thank you Hamza!

His sister was delightful . I would definitely recommend this for anyone who is looking for an authentic Moroccan experience with a loving , kind , caring family .

5.00Hamza is a great guide and cooking with his family was an amazing experience. Everyone was really helpful and kind, the view while preparing and then eating the tajine is unforgettable. We loved every second of it and hope to do more tours in Atlas Mountains with Hamza in the future when we’re back in Morocco again. Absolutely recommended!
