  I didn't have a good ecperience, I booked online night before got confirmation tickets etc then ph tour operator to get directions, there was no record of my booking in his system rven thò it was instant confirmation for me, so he asked for screen shot of my ticket which I sent & he was happy with. He said he could organise his brother inlaw to pickup drop me off we agreed on price tho was quite high. I was pickedup, got there waiting around then they said they had no record of my booking. I showed them my tkts plus the whatsap conversation with tour guide. They kept me waiting, trying to make ph calls to verify me. I wasn't impressed & said so. Eventually they made contact with someone & sorted it. I said it is insulting to be questioned especially when I had proof ie tickets whatsapp conversation etc. I want to attend a tour & not pay good $ have complications, be questionec like I am a liar. If the customer has all the right documents it's not their fault if communications btwn tour operators & staff have broken down & customer should still be looked after & given the tour. I don't know who was at fault but it took the enjoyment out of it. Also my horse was a bit stubborn as was tired from other morning tours & hungry. I don't think I got a full hour I paid for. The place was disorganised & rude, but we made peace & proceeded.

  The horses are beautiful and well looked after. If you would enjoy a gentle walking ride down the beach with the tide rushing in, then give this a go!! I loved every moment!! Don’t forget to take an apple for your horse as a Thankyou 🙏❤️

  The people who run it are rude and give zero instruction. They rush you onto the horse and are pulling the horse by the teeth the entire time while on it. They hit the horse for doing anything other than obeying, causing the horse to get startled with me on it. I had to get off after they hit my horse so hard. It made me sick. 2 stars because my partner mostly enjoyed it. Tip: only book 30 minutes because thats all you are going to get anyways. Or don't book at all look for another stable.

  Really kind and friendly staff, horses were calm and easy to ride. We booked last minute and had no issues at all. 10/10 reccommend!

  This experience was amazing! They cater to riders of all levels and care for the horses like they are their children. They are cruelty-free and so welcoming. If you want to try a beach ride then this is the place for you!
