5.00The setting of Kabira Bay is a huge selling point in and of itself. We met cute cats on the beach before rolling out our mats. I appreciate that Akiko incorporates meditation at the start and end of the yoga practice. It’s a new experience to practice outside on a beautiful bay like this.
