Pedals/seats:  You may choose to bring your own seat, pedals, bottles and/or other accessories; we will change out seats and pedals for you. Helmets: While a helmet can be provided, we recommend that for safety and hygiene reasons you bring your own or plan to purchase one upon arrival.  Please consider also bringing your own water recipient.  Not included: • Gratuities • Medical insurance • Meals Additional information Intermediate level of fitness is required for this tour. Tours are weather dependent. NB: Clients to ensure they are capable of cycling approximately 25-30 km over the course of a day. Client to be aware that bikes are Mountain Bikes, and not city cruisers. Clients to note that cycling is done both off-road and on paved roads. There are no cycle paths.
